- In a small mason jar, add all the spices, sugar, and furikake together. Shake to mix thoroughly. Ramen soup mix can store in a dry dark place up to 6 months, but I always use it before then.
- For one serving of ramen, use 2 cups of broth and 1 tsp of ramen mix.
Notes
- If you truly want to make this instant ramen soup mix, feel free to crush up some bouillon cubes to your soup mix.
- As always, taste the soup and alter it to your own personal taste! If you want less salt, don't use a whole teaspoon next time. If you love the heat from peppers, add more red pepper flakes.
